One of our scouts, Zachary Zaroogian, has completed his Eagle Project, which was to install a 30' flag pole at the Scoutpost!
He led scouts for many hours on multiple work-days to create a foundation for the pole, assemble the pole, and raise it. He then organized scouts to work with Manicure America to install pavers. Finally, he installed a low voltage lighting system.
Zachary raised substantial funds to cover the cost of the flag, laborer food, flood light system, and other supplies. The value of the project was well over $4,400.00
The lighting system he installed was low voltage bright led spot lights. He embedded them into the pavers and put them on a timer with a photo cell detector to come on as needed.
